April 1, April Fool’s Day, is also the birthday of Brillat-Savarin, author of The Physiognomy of Taste and one of the creators of the food essay. Because we love both books and food, we’re participating in this year’s International Edible Book Festival. Come join us from 5:30-8 to enjoy eating and creating culinary tributes to the book at Gallery 263. We’ll have (bookish) refreshments as well as materials to improvise your own.
